Ordering and Payment:
All wholesale orders are placed on line.
If you are not sure whether our sweaters or tshirts will be the right fit or what you are looking for, email Vera at teddybearclothes@hotmail.com and explain your concern as we can always send you a sample to try before you by as we have a no refund policy.
The minimum order is only $50. All orders are processed thru our secure shopping cart and processed thru Paypal where you can use your credit card and you don't need a paypal account. Paypal forwards all order payments to us. We will contact you by email to let you know we have received your order.
Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after we receive your order and payment. Orders are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx and all orders will have a delivery confirmation/tracking number. Make sure your shipping address is correct so you receive your order.
Returns and Refunds:
Wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturers defect.
No returns after 7 days of receipt of merchandise and only for defective merchandise.
